Artist's Comments

I made this car model over the summer from a design that I created. I used no reference objects in the creation of this model. The background is a HDR image from Dosch, and I used a simple composite trick to place the car in the panoramic HDR image.

where'd you get the HDR? I'd like to use it, if at all possible.

Hey... I'm trying to use this HDR (C4D btw) and i keep getting everything is bent... i converted it using the plug in for C4D, and i used Convert HDR Probe. That is what I normally use.. then i applied it to a sphere... yadda yadda... i can't get it to work right... any ideas on how im doing this wrong? Ive used HDRs before and i haven't had any problems

Very well done, the car's lighting is a little lighter than the HDR but all otherwise its awsome, great job.

I live my life one graphic at a time. Nothing else matters, not my RAM and it's bullshiz, not the processor speed or the graphics card, for those 1600x1600 pixels or less. I'm free.

Good that you reduced the "shine". Too bad the background it's too blury and you can see the compostion...otherwise it would've been a neat scene
